## Resource Delegation

* Energy and bandwidth can be delegated/given to other addresses (users) on the blockchain.
* This means you can lend it to other addresses
* Delegated resource can be locked for a period of time OR left unlocked
* After the lock period or if already unlocked , resources can be claimed back to the original address.
